Please read the below about Shipping & Returns before sending us a message.
Cheap & Cheerful Clothing will normally deliver your order within 5 – 7 working days. We use Royal Mail ‘tracked’ to deliver the items ordered from us.
Your order will be delivered using the following rates:
UK mainland – £2.99 for t-shirts and £3.90 for hoodies/jackets/bags. Postage charges will also be combined for multiple items.
(Orkney, Shetlands, Western Isles, Guernsey, Jersey, Sark) – £2.99 for t-shirts and £3.90 for hoodies/jackets/bags. Postage charges will also be combined for multiple items.
Northern Ireland – £2.99 for t-shirts and £3.90 for hoodies/jackets/bags. Postage charges will also be combined for multiple items.
You will be sent an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
We advertise 5 – 7 working days. Although we normally deliver within 3 – 4 working days. 7 working days will give us enough time to prepare your order and deliver it. We will not take longer than that.
If you decide to cancel and return the goods, then you should put this in writing, either by letter (proof of posting or recorded delivery is advisable) or email. A telephone call is not sufficient.
The time limits to notify us are:-
* seven working days after the day on which the goods are received.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
If you decide to cancel and return the goods within these time limits, your payment will be refunded within 30 days. The cost of postage back to Cheap & Cheerful Clothing will be at your cost and will not be paid by Cheap & Cheerful Clothing.
We accept unused and unfitted boxed returns for exchange or refund within 7 days. Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection using our correct postal address (as below). On our printed clothing section we do not accept returns. All these items are made to order. These are not stock items. Goods must be adequately sealed in all the original packaging, including the outer. Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. All information regarding your purchase was sent to the email address you supplied whilst placing your order. If using any address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)
Please note – if you require an exchange, outbound shipping charges will apply. Please check your goods on arrival as damages must be notified within 48 hours.
