What is your Returns Policy?
If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you.

Have you received my returned items?
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to us. We will confirm receipt of your item and replace or refund within 2 working days. please note banks take upto 5 working days to process refunds once sent from here.

Why hasn’t my return been completed yet?
Rest assured will be processing your return as soon as possible. Please also note from September to January this is our busiest time so may take a little longer than normal to process.

How do I return something to you?
If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you. If the item is faulty or incorrect we will refund any postage charges back to you.

** Please also note we have been working in the clothing trade for 15 years plus. We do not send items that have faults from here. Everything is checked thoroughly and handled before being packaged by our staff.

How can I get a new returns note?
We don’t provide return notes. Please include your order number, name and address in the package when returning it to us.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you. 

Do you refund or swap printed garments?
The answer with this is no. All the items that are ordered in our printed section are made to order. Once we add the print to the garment this is then made to your spefication. ‘Custom made’. Due to the fact that most items have more than a 100 options, s, m, l, xl, xxl, red, white, blue and so on, we can’t accept returns on printed items as we will not be able to resell these on.

Please take special care when checking the size charts listed and if any doubt contact us before orderering. We will gladly assist you.
